There is a detailed map of start/finish area here which may help you.
Personally, i am aiming to have car parked at 7:30ish, walk to baggage area for 8:00ish, get into starting pen for 8:30ish...and hopeful get running at 9:00..
I almost missed the start last year b'cos i thought i had plenty of time, lesson learnt.
