    Heya,
Don't know if there's an active thread like this, but i need help. Autumn is the most frustrating time for me because i need to buy winter boots. I don't wear leather so my choice is very limited. This year I really really want to buy knee-high (or a bit lower) boots, and obviously struggling. I live in Dublin, and i'm reluctant to buy something online because i'm not really sure about my size and i'd like to try shoes on before i buy them.

Am I asking for something unreal?
    p.s. i'm female :p

There is a veggie forum in food and drink. You might get an answer quicker there.
I buy cheap other material boots from Dunnes.

True true. I just reckoned people here know quite a lot about shops and its contents)))
I might actually check Dunnes, or even Penneys now i'm thinking about it.

There are loads in Barratts. A lot of them look like leather but they're not. I'm vegetarian myself so I'm always on the lookout. On the bottom of the shoe there's a white sticker with says what the boot is made from. If it says 'other' then it's not leather. It'll say leather if it is :)

I got a fab pair of flat navy faux suede knee high boots in Penneys for 17 euro a few weeks ago.

They were so comfy I went back and got a black pair!

They also have them in grey :pac:

I also got a high pair of navy ankle boots in there for 17 but have yet to wear them as the flat ones are so comfy :o

I was so pleased with my budget buys I decided to splash out on these:

they're by a company called Iron Fist and afaik all the shoes are veggie, the ones Ive seen anyway so far :)

I'm currently lusting after these babies after wearing the zombie ones last night - so comfy!
