In the registrations office in the main building. It is on the second floor, and they cost €3 per year .

Shouldn't they be online, wouldn't that make sense?

Your lecturers website should have them and/or web course. If not post your year and see if someone can help you out. A lot of people just keep old notes or papers from last year. The cost is probably so they aren't swamped with people requesting them and people will just buy them once and copy them for everyone else themselves. (and the effort of actually filing them and going and getting them)

Get them from the Exams Office, on 2nd floor of the main (old) building, opposite the staff lift. They only sell them Wednesday and Friday mornings though - but apparently, they aren't selling them at all yet, they're telling everyone to come back in a few weeks.
