I am honestly SHOCKED at that.

I really though Cena would be heading to SD! for a match vs Batista at WM.

I am amazed he won that.

good ppv, not a bad match on the card, really enjoyed the main-event, didn't feel the 60 mins at all which is a good sign, there was more action in the first ten 10 mins of that match than in the whole of the bret/hbk iron man lol :D

Nice heel turn by Batista. "I'm gonna rip your head off"

Also the guy in the crowd "You suck Dave" was great.

I thought the show was good but nothing was great. Morrison/Miz was decent but nothing special and a little sloppy in places. Divas tag match was what it was though they did telegraph the result. The four way was alright, too short again and yet they still keep the title on 'Taker, but some of the action was good while it lasted.

The 14 man seemed nothing more than one of those multi-man matches that you'd get on TV (think the WrestleMania AllStars match thing on the post-Mania Raw) and nobody new seemed to stand out at all. You could see the Big Show turn coming a mile away. I thought the main event was good but for me was nothing more than three Cena/Orton matches put together. It didn't makes sense to me that there were a lot more falls in the first half hour than the last, surely as the match goes on the fall count should increase. Credit to them though, the match didn't seem to drag at all and the hour went relatively quickly.

keeping the title on taker or anybody for a few months is the right thing, too much hot potato with both world titles last 18 months (someone mentioned 23 title changes or something like that on another forum), cena and orton have had 4 good to great matches now last 4 ppvs but did the title really have to change hands 3 times, what did cena losing at HIAC achieve outside of adding another title reign to both men whose title reigns were already swelled

ECW champion Christian defeated Paul Burchill in the WWE Bragging Rights PPV dark match in Pittsburgh, PA. It was said to be a good match.

They are devaluing the titles something rotten by backing themselves into corners with the booking

In principle I agree with you- switching the title so regularly is ridiculous, and the frequent wins are doing nothing for Cena.
However, I think that keeping the title on Taker is a huge mistake right now, given that he's almost immobile, and should not be in the ring at all. Health and the physical well-being of performers has to come first in my opinion. I wouldn't have put him in the spot in the first place.

If the plan was never to move Cena to Smackdown, I guess he had to win- but he shouldn't have won it and dropped it to Orton in the meantime then- this should have been his first victory after their whole series. But for some reason, someone has got in Vince's ear at some point over the past couple of years, and he seems to have this notion that his top performers will lose momentum and status if they lose title shots too frequently.

    Loved the show.

While I consider most of what happened to be predictable I think the iron man match was excellant. Thats what the show was about. The first few matches were really just about setting up the end of orton cena.

We got a one hour match that really flew. Orton v Cena delivers time and time again. I would watch these two fight any day.

I thought ortons acting was extaordinary. Cenas persona is the perfect foil for him.

The hour FLEW by. The use of the no DQ really helped the match and The use of mini matches/scenarios made each part of the match important.

A fun show overall, even if the raw-vs-smackdown was probably a bit predictable.

    - Was anyone slightly let down by Miz/Morrison? A decent match, but not as good as it could have been with that pair.

    - Big show's swerve at the 7-man tag was well done. So was Dave 'I'm going to rip your head off' Batista's heel turn, even though it made Rey look way week. I know there's the argument that they need to keep the title on someone for a few months at least, but Taker? He's visibly limping to, from, and around the ring ffs! He needs a new hip, not another month with the strap.

The iron man match was great craic. Orton's psycho act with the pyro, the heel beatdown to quiet the crowd - deathly silent heat, the best kind - Cena just setting his jaw and lashing Orton through the table... only major flaw was the lack of selling. Part of me expected the Dibiase face turn to come last night with a last minute double-cross of Orton. It would have been a great 'send em home happy' moment (ha ha - fecker got a taste of his own medicine) and set Orton straight into a programme that mattered, without it being about the world title.

    Solid show..
The opening match between Miz and Morrison was good stuff until the rather ending. Miz [probably needed the win a little more than Jo Mo so it’s hard to be too annoyed about the outcome.

The ladies match was decent enough, even the weakest link Kelly Kelly sold very well. Mc Cool dressed similarly to Style made me giggle, if it was a **** you to the haters then you can’t really blame her due to the amount of stick she gets from them.

The Four way was fun, however Taker for me was the weakest link, he was very immobile and you do question the wisdom of making him world champion.

Tista’s turn was funny but it’s the shot in the arm his character needed, he had got insanely stale in the last year.

The Raw v SD match was ok, but the Big Show “swerve” was obvious the second the match was announced. Lawler buried Kidd on commentary as well which did annoy the hell out of me, its depressing how useless he is these days.

The main event was great, not as fun as the I Quit match but it did not drag and it’s another ironman match that I enjoyed than the HBK and Bret “classic!”

Was it just me or did Taker looked pretty p*****d off at the end of the match as he got out of the ring? I also got the impression it wasn't part of his "gimmick" either.

Also, him and Big Dave were talking quite loud to each other towards the end of the match. Taker gave him a chokeslam and you could hear and see Taker say something like "you alright?". Bats then mumbled something that I couldn't make out. Mad.

I'm pretty sure there was a **** up following the Chokeslam on Dave. Looked like Rey was meant to break up the pinfall- then a couple of minutes later he was in position on the apron for something else waay too early. Dave/Taker musta called something on the fly.

I actually thought Taker's expression was pain. He looked in absolute agony.

So did I. He barely managed a play to the crowd, and a pro like Taker wouldn't act like a baby if there was just a botch in the match that he didn't like.
