Anyone in the habit of doing that had better get the Fianna Failure Publican Party to gang up on the Minister just like they're doing about the lower blood alcohol levels for drivers

Has that Bill actually been initiated yet? I can't see it on the Oireachtas site. Do you have a link to it?

So the usual question - will these actually be enforced, or will they be ignored like the present situation?

Hopefully, drunken cycling rules are not only the 'pro-cyclist' measures in the Act.

Anything in it about safe passing distance,? The yanks have made progress with a campaign called 3Feet2Pass and some states have bills pending.
