Jimmy Choo Collection for H&M

    A friend told me about this today - Jimmy Choo has designed a collection of partywear (clothes and shoes) for H&M :D
    Press release is here.
    Launch will be 14th November, and full collection can be seen online on 28th October. Going by whats on the website at the moment, I am already looking forward to this - there is a pair of shoes that I want and a fab leather dress.

    However, on the website there is a "How to Shop" where they say there will be a queuing system for a designated area - so hope its not just released to their flagship stores.

    Will it be in their new Cork store I wonder? Or do they think we're all fashion-clueless peasants? :rolleyes:

    From what I've seen of the collection, the clothes look rather blah but the shoes are cool, even if they're a bit high for my personal taste. Also, Id be a bit wary of the quality because H&M can be very mixed in that department!

    As far as I know the collection is only going to be in Dundrum :( hope not though :(

    Why only Dundrum??? No fair!!! Don't H&M know they could make a s***load of money by stocking them in all stores! Doesn't make sense to me. :confused:

    The collection is going to be available in Dundrum and South King st ONLY!!!

    I am planning on being in there around 7am!!!! :D cannot wait have two pairs of jimmy choos and I love them!!!

    As for the quality, I watched an interview with Tamara Mellon and she had a pair of the shoes on, quality looked the exact same as the actual Jimmy Choo shoes! Suede sole leather lining ect....

    Some really cute pieces!!! :D

    Emm as far as I know the falts are about €80 and the heels about €120- €160??!! The bags are by far the best value!! I think I saw a hobo type one for about €180 which compared to Jimmy Choo's handbags in Bt's at €1200 thats a biggggg difference!!!

    It said in the Tribune that the heels are 'under €100'. Can't wait, only across the road from where I'll be working that morning :)
