Just wondering what everybody has for their last meal of the day, and also their current goal.

At the moment my goal would be to gain strenght and grow some muscle, Lately i have been eating tub cottage chesse, milk and some flax, all blended up and drink it down. tastes like buttermilk:D
I have only started having this and have to admit i have noticed adifference when i wake up,

My goal is to get eight hours sleep. I've recently swapped from Heineken and pizza to Dutch Gold and ham sandwiches. Some people might point out that my recent gains in strenght are down to going to the gym more often. I disagree, and point to the picture of the bloke on the can.

There's probably some science required to answer this question. I can now definately wake up and take a deep breath when I yawn. Before, well that wouldn't be advisable.

    Here's an experiment to demonstrate.
