Magic eye Problem

    i cant change channels with my magic eye i've tried connecting straight in to the RF outlet but no joy so the problemis with the box.(Eye working on different box) RF Power is switched on in main menu and picture is being sent properly. is there some other settings that i need to change.

    No thats it, sounds like the sky box needs to be factory reset

    I don't suppose you have changed the TV you are trying to use the Red-Eye in recently?

    I had a similar problem after installing a new TV in the room it used work in, and it turned out to be some form of incompatibility between the TV and the red-eye. No changes made to the SKY box and it worked fine on another TV.

    Just my experience though.
