an 80 cm dish should be ok to receive the channels that are not in the 'tight' footprint that a lot of Romanian channels are in!!! These broadcasts are centred on the Med so are pretty impossible so far to the West.

Dolce tv on 39E ? According to lyngsat maps a 60cm should do it but I personally never trust the maps. If it says 60 then I would go with a 85cm. A 1.1m should easily pick it up. Remember you need to think of rain fade. I actually remember my installer was romanian and told me that he uses a 1m to pick up Romanian tv.

I am using a Lidl setup for the past three years in Connemara and in the Midlands, no problems whatsoever with dish or boxes
