    in the next few days, delivery to ireland is 65 pounds. Is there any more discounts i can get on this(great deal already i think).

    Also anyone care to add to my list of exercises i can do with this and free weights. you tube links would be good.

    bench
    incline bench
    squats
    lunges
    deadlift
    pull ups
    chin ups
    dips
    pressups

    lat pull down comes with it so some variations on that.

    You can do pretty much everything with that rack and free weights. Have a look here for a huge directory of stuff. You could also add shoulder work to that list. Heres another link to various barbell exercises
