    Hi

Just started running recently and am wondering if anyone uses this site? (www.walkjogrun.net) If so how reliable are the distances? I ran this evening and calculated that I ran 13K in an hour! Which is a good distance I think for a newbie? Maybe not?? :(

13K in an hour for a someone starting out is a lot. Never used that site. I have used mapmyrun.com and find it decent.

Just mapped it on mapmyrun and its 13k as well. Have only started running recently as I am trying to lose some weight. I have a gym in work but I tend to do just cardio and some light weights as I dont want to bulk up too much. Would rather lose some pounds. Have also changed my diet. Though need to cut out the booze more.

    Any advice would be appreciated?
