Something has been finally sent from DX, and I have a tracking number in the format RB0512345678HK. If I follow the link to http://app3.hongkongpost.com/CGI/mt/genresult.jsp and enter the number (using 0512345678), it says nothing is found.

Is this normal, or am I failing to use the tracker correctly?

Yep anything i've ordered always took a few days for the tracking order to become active.

Thanks, it shipped Tuesday, but will wait a few more days. Am I using the right format?

Ok, so it says above the input box
Please input the item number (both letters and numbers, maximum 13 alpha-numeric characters). For example : EE123456789HK

and you say you're only using numbers?

When you log into your DX account, there should be a list of all your orders, with the tracking numbers beside them. If you click on the tracking number itself, that should redirect you to the Hong Kong post site, and it'll put the tracking number in for you too. Anytime i've used DX the tracking number wasnt activated until a few days after shipping, so everything youre doing sounds normal to me.

You need to enter all 13 alpha-numeric characters, not just the numbers. The numbers alone will not work.

It's showing up now - originally when I was putting in everything it was bringing me to another page that only had room for the numbers. However I just tried again and it's showing now

The item (RB0512345678HK) was posted on 24-Oct-2009 and is being processed for delivery to the addressee.

I got the number on Tuesday but it must have just entered the system today. Thanks all.
