Even if you ignore the radar, they screwed up the paint job. Firs thing I noticed is obvious here.

Speaking of helicopters in movies, just found http://www.rotaryaction.com, a list of all action movies with helicopters.

Must try to find this one..

Seems the Japanese watched "Final Countdown" and "Philadelphia Experiment" and decided to put their own spin on it.

^^^ It's probably obvious, but I'm not seeing the major difference.

US Flag direction and double white cheat line instead of single on the S61N, maybe there is a law saying it could not have been 100% identical but eiter way its a good effort.

I wouldn't have caught the cheatline without comparing pictures, but the flag direction was the big giveaway.

The flag on the POTUS helicopter is the wrong way round.
The stars are in the top left hand corner, not the top right.

For clarification, flags (any national flag, not just the US flag) are the 'correct' way on the left side of aircraft and reversed on the right. This is so the flag is always seen the way it is designed, ie, as it would fly from a flagpole.

You may get away with telling the US Marine Corps that they've screwed up the US flag on the Presidential Helicopter, but I dare you to tell North American Airlines.
