Sky+ Rebuild Failed message

Last night had anytime disappear and the planner went unavailable. Under TV Guide there was no option for anytime any more. If you hit the blue button to go into the planner it gave the above error message about rebuild failed.

Rang sky and the only option was a full system reset via the installer menu so lost all our recordings :mad:

Has this happened anyone else? I couldn't see any particular reason for it occurring and the tech guy at sky said he didn't know either but had heard of a handful of similar cases recently.

It's a pain to remember all the things you had recording
