    hey everyone

thing is i have a dell inspiron 1300 and it is in perfect condition minus the fact the screen display is v-tempermental. the screen behind the frame of the laptop seems to be loss but dont no how to tighten it after i took the screen apart as far as my comfort zone. boyfriend stuck a bit of card behind the frame and this seems to have dont the trick.... i used this excuse to buy a new laptop so now i got 2.

i want to know is there anyway i can get the old one fixed so i can sell.... or is there anywhere/one that will buy the fault one of me.... besides the screen which is working perfectly of the bit of card behind the frame.

    can someone advise?

    thank you

www.boards.ie has a sister site called www.adverts.ie that allows members (same login details as boards.ie, you are automatically signed up when you join boards.ie) to buy and sell items in a very wide range of categories, try there if you want to sell as is or post up here if you'd like a member to have a look at it for you.

Yes see my above post re selling and yes adverts requires an asking price to be posted with every ad, if you want it fixed first to increase the return then tell us what part of the country you are in, generally not the street etc.

There is a PC repair place in the square beside the cinema. Also the new PC World in the square have a Tech Guys stall. You should get quotes from them.

is just the screen gone ? if the computer still works you can hook that baby up to a lcd monitor and it will show up on the monitor instead once you connect it up.
