Apart from the obvious businessforsale.ie, where else would business's be for sale? I have a friend who is interested in selling up and retiring to Spain. Where should he do it?

Not something that sells well on the open market. He really needs to sell it to someone he knows in the trade, or at least someone in the same business. It is worth his while asking around.
