Going by Supersize V Superskinny....you would be all confused!!

Morning Weetabix with Low Fat Milk or 2 slices ofBrown Toast with low low, rarely both. Either of served with Coffee and half a tea spoon of sugar

Break time in work, tea. No sugar.

Lunch - Luncheon Roll and cheese Sandwich e on brown bread with tea and one biccie and a banana, or a cold chicken wrap with lettuce and relish and a biccie and a banana or home made brown bread with butter and ham with tea and a biccie and a banana!

Dinner is generally meat and veg with boiled potatoes or pasta with grilled bacon and stir in or the odd time maybe a home made burger from lean mince with overn chips on a bad day.

Supper...the odd time a bowl of rice crispies or maybe a slice of toast.

    Thats not over eating....is it??

I walk for an hour 5 times a week.

    Dinner

rice cripspies, toast, biscuits, luncheon roll are all bad IMO .. of course it depends what you are trying to achieve, are you trying to lose or gain weight and what are your current stats?

not really man, I believe in eating what you want in moderation, but I try to only eat foods that actually have some nutritional value, luncheon roll is processed crap pressed into meat .. I would have turkey or even ham instead .. I am getting the feeling you dont really want to change your diet and just looking for someone to say yeah its ok? if you are happy with your weight and you actually like the food you are eating then fair enough!!

Have to agree with corkcomp, if you are happy with your weight and diet then its ok but luncheon roll doesnt have any nutritional value, ham is better!!! The rice krispies are grant but luncheon roll is bad IMO!!!

Yes you can't eat all bran all your live (not a great food in the first place) but it really is best to eat food with nutritional value on a daily basis!!!

I eat healthily on a daily but today had mc donalds chips today!!!! But wouldn't eat them daily!!! Moderation...

I agree with what has been said above - your diet is pretty crap. You must have known that to some degree if you felt you had to ask advice on it. You don't have to eat 'super healthy' all the time, but you asked if your diet was okay and it's not really.

Not really. Well I'm not anyway. As the above posters have said luncheon roll is rubbish, as well as rice krispies, a bread roll, etc. etc. And All-Bran??? You might as well eat a Brillo Pad for all the good it'll do your insides! Much better off with porridge as a breakfast cereal.

What the hell is a luncheon roll

Its those reconstituted meat slices. Normally round, in varieties like ham and tomato, ham and onion etc. Basically slices that aren't cut for a larger joint of actual meat, but rather a leftover meat rolled into a sort of sausage and wrapped in plastic
