    you are looking for DOLCE TV(romanian tv) or BUL-SAT.(bulgarian tv)..??
    39E work with a sky dish no problem (in Dublin).look after a sky dish and move your dish little bitt down and start move the dish to your left..(if you are standing in the back of the dish)

    Try www.signalsolutions.tv cork based they might help you. you will need a bigger dish than a sky dish to pull all transponders and freguencies.

    you'll be surprised how low the dish has to point compared to a dish used for sky. Also this satellite can quite easily be hidden by trees, buildings as its low on the horizon for us this far west. I can only see to 36 east with my motorised system.

    If you use a SKY dish you may not be able to skew the LNB sufficiently either, depending on the design of the holder.
