    Hi Folks,
Just a quick one. Whenever I go around a tight corner or if I go over a ramp a little enthusiastically my handbrake light flickers on and off. Any ideas what it is? I was thinking a sensor might be a little off somewhere??

    Thanks

Maybe check your brakepad wear sensors(The cables connected onto your brakepads) also check the level of your brake fluid..:)
    what make/model is it...??

I had this in my 00 Almera a few years ago, it was doing the same as yours, flicking on and off around corners, speedd bumps etc. but then it stayed on one day, turned out to be low brake fluid. Topped it up and it stayed off. :)

Had the same happen to a focus, and it ended up being the the brake fluid. It could be a faulty sensor in handbrake too.

Thanks for the replies. It's happening on the Almera. I'll have a look again at the fluids (seemed ok about a month ago) and will let ye know!

    Thanks
