    Hey all,

    So I've lost weight, put it back on, lost it, back on etc.

    Now heres my latest attempt.

    I'm 26, 6'2 and I weigh about 117.5kgs. Thats a fantastic gain of 12 kgs since last January. :(

    I joined the gym 2 weeks ago and heres what I'm doing. (5 Days a week)

    Weights -> 15-20 minutes on the weight machine things. So I do a minimum of 12X3 on 4-5 machines, mostly for arms/chest etc.

    Questions:

    1 - I don't know what weight I should be lifting. Currently I just put on approx 30kg (depending on machine, for legs i have 75kg) because after I finish the sets I can barely lift anymore. Is that right ?

    2. - My arms get really sore later on in the week and its a little painful to lift them high (above my head for example).

    3. - I honestly have f-all idea what I'm doing with weights. Any good links/videos/advice ?

    Cardio -> 1 hour on the threadmill @ 7kmph.

    And thats I'll i'm doing at the moment.

    So exercise wise does that sound ok ? Thanks.
