Smoothie recipe for a Bulk, opinions

    Here's the smoothie I'm making at the moment:

    2 x 30g scoops whey protein
    250ml Natural Yogurt
    150-200ml Milk
    50g oats
    20g Honey
    100g Frozen Fruit (Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries or Mixed fruit)
    50g Mixed Nuts
    2 Bananas

    Makes approx 800ml of smoothie.

    Approx 70g quality protein
    About 1000kcals.

    Split it into 2 shakes for the day.

    Opinions on this Smoothie?

    very similar to mine, except I use flax seeds in place of your nuts. Didn't really consider nuts in a smoothie, I think I prefer just eating them. I use maple syrup instead of honey too- just personal preference though...
