    Oh it's got to be French or Swedish. When I hear an attractive woman speaking English with either accent, my knees simply buckle. They also buckle when I hear a harsh American mid west rasp (eg Vice Admiral Kathryn Janeway [Kathryn Kiernan Mulgrew] of the Star Ship Enterprise) but without the same appreciative effect.
