She doesn't want to hand up the license, but is there any law saying which states she needs an irish licence after a while? I often hear of people changing their license after 6…

Brilliant, thanks for the info. The premium I can find out off them, but every question I ask them, I get the following reply "oh that doesn't really change your premium"... why ask the question then???
