Next weekend end guys I'm heading to Carrick on Shannon.

Will be staying in Andersons Thatch Pub where motorhomes are welcome free of charge and there is Irish Music Fri and Sat night.. ( and most other nights)

I will be doing a bit of coarse fishing and drinking guinness... well thats the plan.. the % of each depends on the weather.. but I dont do both together ;)

Anyone else fancy a spin for the end of the season?

One of my workmates whent there last weekend and had agreat time.
His wife wants to have her 40th birthday party there!
We are heading away this weekend and were thinking of this place but is it suitable for kids?
Are they welcome in th epuub at night?
I would not like to force my kids on a pub if they are not geared for it.
    Appreciate any comments.
    Connel
