    Hi,

I'm not that up on these things but anyway....

I used have Chorus digital but got rid....I have nothing at the minute...the aerial is still there tho...if I were to get a freeview box would it work connected to this aerial??

Also the digital connection is in a room I don't use much any more but have a tv in....is there any kind of wireless device that would allow me to connect to the tv in this room and also transmit to a tv in another room?

    Thanks,
    Smandy

When you say 'the aerial is still there', do you mean that there is a TV aerial on the roof or that there is a connector unit on the wall which says 'TV'? Sorry if this sounds patronising but you never can tell on these forums and you do say "I'm not that up on these things"

When you say 'Freeview' do you mean the UK DTT or just any free over the air TV?

    Where are you located?

the aerial they put up when I got digital is still there as is the cable and digital box.

Sounds like you had MMDS in which case the aerial is probably not pointing at an RTE transmitter and I don't know enough about MMDS to advise you as to whether that aerial can pickup UHF, assuming it was realigned to a main transmitter.

This guy is in Portarlington, why not give him a shout.. http://tvtrade.ie/
