Laughing when lifting heavy?!!

    has anyone noticed anytime you lift a really heavy weight that you end up laughing?

    i go to the gym on my own and notice if im doing anything like pullups or bicep curls or something heavy the slightest thing..not even funny..will make me laugh?!!

    anyone notice this?

    There's been times when I've come outta squats and benches laughing on the way up cos the weight was so easy.. if that counts.
