You tune in the frequency on your receiver box not the dish.
go to menu with your box remote control , find the 'scan transponder' button and type in the numbers.

For this match, you would need to have pointed your dish at 9e.
A motor here would do nicely to make the dish move by itself.

If you have a free to air set up, it is most likely your dish is not pointing here but fixed in position at 28e instead.

So can i get up on me ladder and start moving it around? Is there a website or info anywhere that shows where i can get extra channels, the missus is swedish and i'd love to be able to get some channels for her for example.

    yes in short.
    get up on the ladder.

or better still, buy a motor and let the dish move itself.

dont mean to be cheeky but if you want foreign satellite tv, in your case Sweden, then you need a little more than a sky box.

a good place to start is buy a copy of What Satellite magazine.
