    Well done you, that's a mighty thing to overcome and I wish you all the best on your journey.

    My suggestion would be cream of chicken soup. Seeds are also a favourite of mine, especially sunflower seeds. Easy to nibble on.

    Perhaps try avocados? They're healthy, yummy and surprisingly calorific. Also, I second the nuts, another healthy way to up your calorie intake.

    I have to say, well done on your progress so far! That is fantastic that you've begun to work on improving your relationship with food, and it must have bene very difficult for you, so pat yourself on the back. Good luck!
