Velux Roof Windows - Dispersal of water.

We've just had three Velux roof windows installed on a new kitchen extension.

    My question is this:

After a shower of rain, the last point that water is dispersed from appears to be from *under* the middle of the rubber apron at the lower edge of the window.

I may be imagining things. But, I'd appreciate some expertise on this. Thanks.

Sorry but what is the problem with it. Is it leaking.

Since we've had very little rain, I can't say for sure if there is any problem with the Velux windows.

I've never had these windows before and I just find it odd that the water appears from under the rubber apron and not over it.
