I know this should only be a open and shut thread but a quick observation...

I personally wouldn't bother verifying a 3V card unless it's of high value and being used over an extended period rather than for a few quick purchases

It costs money and takes at least the best part of a week to verify (AFAIK) so I really don't see the point unless of course it is required?

Yes you can.

And it happens instantly, not "best part of the week", unlike real credit cards.

You'll only be verifying that 3V voucher though, and when that expires and you add a new one, you'll need to verify again.

And it only take a minute to verify each of them.. After you add it to paypal go to the 3v website and log in to the customer service part of the site. Go click on the 3v voucher you just added to paypal and get the verification code and enter in the paypal site.

Sorry, i lied.. can take about a minute and a half.
