If you have Winamp, use the High Quality link. Working fine for me here

You should have a pop-up on Internet Explorer/Firefox with a option that says "Run Active Content"

most pop up blockers will be in the toolbar at the top or just under it, and you can click allow

For some reason the High Quality thing only works when I click it while using the Safari web browser :(

It used to work before in others.

But I got around it by just saving the link it re-directs you to to my desktop as a shortcut, and it opens with Windows Media Player.

The high quality stream is an mp3 stream, and shouldn't have an .asx extension.
    Use the link at http://www.radiofeeds.co.uk/irish.asp

Here is one way to do it. Open windows media player. Right click where it says "Windows media player" and go to File, open url. Put this code in http://fm104-64.media.vistatec.ie:80/ and windows media player will open it.
