i work in a small office and there are 6 full timers.

however...one of the full timers is on a 3 and half day week, another one has worked full time since the anouncement was made!!! and 2 others have been given extra days (we all pretty much 2 the same job so there is no extra skill that the others would be called in for)...probably an extra day every second week.

myself and another colleague are the only ones that have worked our 3 day week....

when the announcement was made...it was cross the board for the full timers and obviously this hasnt turned out to be the case....surely this cant be right.

is there anybody else in this situation???
