Hi everybody,
I am hoping to start Lipotrim next week, I know two people who have done it, with good stories to tell. I'm aware it's a quick fix, but after being on Depo for nearly two years I piled on the weight, and healthy eating plus exercise is just not cutting it.
I hope to lose three stone. What I'd like to know is how much does it cost? How have others found it? It would be the TMR I'd be doing.
I've seen posts before where people belittle those on Lipotrim and say to exercise and eat right and that its all a fad, with all due respect please don't do that to me! I'd like some advice from people who have tried it before and those currently on the diet.
I know before the Depo I ate small amounts of "good" food, I had just had a baby and was losing the baby weight gradually - nine months coming nine months going and all that!!
