Anybody know of any free playout system? I have ZARA RADIO but it's gack.

I downloaded a couple, but they're just half hour trials. I hate them.

    Aye?

    Nice one.

Playing music in the playlist thingy won't work on Vista (And they won't let me go back to Windows XP). So I can only play sound effects from the hotkey yokes at the bottom of the screen. Plus I just want a new one.

    Any suggestions?

i did'nt know zara wouldn't work with vista. Mairlist is another one, it used to be free for non commercial stations and reasonably priced to everyone else. Not sure if thats still the case, you'll have to ask them.

Noticed that myself a few month's back. An absolute joke when I was trying to learn the ropes with the programme by getting some practise at home. Surely you'd think they'd bother to update their technology but nope...

Just had agoogle to see if it would work in compatability mode in Vista and found this. It's worth a try.

Ive been using Zararadio (1.6.2) on Vista Business for nearly a year now and I've never had a problem - manages basic playlisting and does just what I need!

Temporary licence station. I'm not allowed to say the name due to charter/pimpin'/banning/blah/mods!!!

Thanks. Judging by the pics on the site, this should work grand. Thanx again. :)

Here's some screeshots of another piece of free software that could be useful to you.

Best of luck with the station.
