Quick Blackberry Question

Can the data included in the Blackberry bundle from o2.ie be used to drive a laptop with the Blackberry as a modem?

    Is the APN the same?

If not, if a data bundle is added, can the Blackberry one be cancelled and the new bundle be used for both modem use and normal Blackberry browsing/emailing?

    OK, several quick Blackberry questions......:-)

With any Blackberry package using the phone as a modem needs you to input APN settings i.e. you need direct access to the web rather than through the Blackberry.net APN. The question then is do you have ISP access as part of your bundle? If not you'll be paying per kb/MB when tethered. If you don't use the normal blackberry bundle then the phone will be really restricted..no email but you can probably use the browser and tether ok.

Aha! And, from what I can gather, these are not HSDPA devices.
