Cleaning carpets?

    Ok, I wrote a full post and it disappeared when I tried to post it because the %$£"ing system logged me out. :mad:

    In short, biege carpet, grubby looking, Vanish cleaners dont work, any suggestions?

    Not again!! This country must be covered with grubby carpets:D

    See post from Snoopy1. Carpet shampooer is the way to go IMO. Quick, cheap, easy, good result.

    I follow my own advice and as a result have clean, fresh smelling carpets that OH and I can roll on.
