    Hi all,

One of my teeth has suddenly become very sensitive, ive noticed what feels like a little dip along the bottom of it if I put my nail up against it (hurts like fook too when I do that)

Ive started using sensodyne which seems to be really helping, as in no pain when brushing ... will this enamel grow back or can the dentist do something ?

    Thanks !

I've started using sensodyne for something similar and it's helping but I'm going to see my dentist asap and I suggest you get a check up too, before it gets any worse.

It sounds like you have some gum recession around this tooth.
This could be due to a number of factors; gum disease, brushing too hard/incorrectly.
A visit to your local friendly dentist will let you know.;)

Unfortunately the enamel will not grow back.
