Anyone know any good places to buy Elixir Phosphor Bronze acoustic strings? No way I'm paying the €20-25 euro in dublin for a set. I usually get them for 10-12 euro delivered from ebay but just wondering if anyone knows a place that constantly have them in stock for around this price. It's hit and miss whether I can get them on ebay for a good price

    Just ebay really

Edit: Just came across stringexpress.co.uk selling them for £11.50 a set delivered if you order a 3 pack. That's the kind of thing I'm looking for. Any other similar uk string websites like this?

Edit2: Wow, TotalMusicSupply selling them for just under £10 delivered. Ordered 4 sets. More than half what they cost here and cheaper than what I've been paying on ebay :D Worked out at €11.06 a set delivered

That's probably for the standard ones. The phosphor bronze ones are more expensive and I dont think I saw them up there on sunday

Have alook at the dealers on ebay.com and buy from the USA dealers.
I bought a box of elixirs last year and i got a great price compared to what they are charging people over here!

Hmpf. Maybe too good to be true.
I just received an email from TMS saying that they cancelled my order.
Used Paypal as normal and went through OK.
    I've emailed TMS - I wonder what's going on?

EDIT: False alarm, they are shipping the strings today and mistakenly set the status to cancelled instread of completed! :-)

For future reference you should buy from the United States. With the dollar being so low against the Euro and the already low American prices you'll get your strings for an absolute steal. I bought ten packs of phosphor bronze elixers about a year ago. I got them, including shipping, for ninety euro.
