cable extension?

I have a Pace digibox in my living room (not Sky+). I would like to move it to the sitting room which is farther from the dish. Can I add an extra piece of cable (about 8 metres) to the existing cable, and if so what kind of connection should I use? (Total distance from dish to box would then be about 20 metres)

I'm sure it's not recommended, but I'm wondering if it is at all possible.

    Thanks.

yeah you can just make sure you buy decent cable and its the same grade as the current cable.

you will also need a barrell connector and f connector . it wont cost you too much and its simple to do too
