What do people use? I have been going to chemist and using scales there. However, one day I weighed myself in two chemists between 1 and 2 and there was 3lbs in the difference!! I would not mind if maybe pint something or another but that is unreal.

Could anyone recommend me a good scales to buy or any advice?

    Thanks

You should buy yourself a digital scales and weigh yourself in the exact same spot, in the nip, in the morning, right after you've had your morning pee. After about 10 or 15 weighings you'll see a trend emerging. That's the best way IMO.

I don't usually bother with scales!

Measurements and pictures are so much better. Losing an inch is a lot mor staisfying than losing a few pounds.

A while ago I lost four inches from my waist while staying the same weight! I was happy!
