Any ideas on the calories in this baby? I eat one religiously every day but have been stalling on my weight loss lately and I think these are the problem. I had them guessed at 400 calories but I'm thinking that could be very wrong now. It all really depends on the the chicken breast itself, any guesses on the calorie content of your generic baked (i think) spicy chicken breast.

211 according to the bag of Big Als in my freezer. Depends how they're cooked though I reckon.

Forgot to say they're breaded. I'm guessing they're more but cheers anyway, I'll just buy one single tomorrow and weigh it.

I would reckon these are fryed in most delis, not baked. Deli bread tends to be quite chucky too, which would help the calorie count. Coleslaw can be high is made with real mayo.
I'd say the whole lot comes to 500-600 cals depending of how generous they are with coleslaw and the size of the fillet.

Next to impossible to say. If they are made up for you, they probably have more mayo on them than you realise which can really bump up the cals. Your best bet is to take a look at the sandwiches in somewhere like M&S which does good calorie counts, and see what looks closest.

As a general rule, sandwiches are always more than you think.

Breaded chicken is a disaster. Get chicken breast. Ideally, get chicken breast and salad and hold the bread and mayo.
