Setanta charged me twice

    I was just paying some bills and i noticed setanta have taken money out twice for september and october.on the 2/9/09 and 16/9/09 they took a monthly charge and again on the 30/9/09 and 2/10/09.will ring them tomorrow just lettting people know ,others mite have the same problem.it will probably be a nightmare dealing with them

    I've already investigated these charges. The one on 2/9 is for July, 16/9 for August, 30/9 for September and 2/10 for October. They fell behind with billing it seems. My reaction was to cancel on the spot.

    If I were you I would keep bank/credit card statements showing the dates they took money from you. And if you have a case ring setanta or email them.

    They gave me the same story about a letter I never received. They really seem to think they are offering a service worth €16.99 a month.

    I go the same nonsense from them despite the fact I cancelled months ago. I think I am finally free of them now but you could never be sure with this crowd.
