    Hi,

any one have any experiance of the balcony solar tube as described below?

Balcony model - this panel is made up of 30 short tubes (850mm long) with a frame designed to hang vertically from a balcony.
    Panel dims: 990 x 2375 x 100mm Weight: 92kgs
Panel Area: 2.35m2 Aperture Area: 1.72m2
    Tube Lenth: 0.85m
Width of absorber (internal glass tube): 45mm
Casing Material: Stainless Steel Filling Volume: n/a
    Width of Entry/Exit Pipe: 22mm
Thickness of Collector insulating material: 65mm
Heat Transfer Medium: Water mixed with 40% antifreeze

I only have 1700mm available infront of the dormers on the roof and normal tubes
will be to close to the eves so i would need to get planning permission.
i could use horizontal flatplates along the roof but the efficency isnt as good.

    any one have any suggestions?
