im having a bit of a problem with my sky+ box

basically on the newly moved 3e channel on 105, if i go to view it, it pops up with the message "no satellite signal being received"

this also happens with Virgin1 and Virgin1+1!

this does not happen with any other channels

in the setup menu, input 1 has signal strength of about halfway, quality is just under halfway

input 2 has just under halfway strength and nearly half quality

surley the dish is fine as it picks up all the other channels correctly?

anyone any advice to try and help sort this out?

    cheers ;)

I think they are on Euro-bird rather than Astra, the disk could be out slightly, get Astra2 and not Eurobird.

would it def be an alignment issue with the dish then and nothing else?

i dont have a satellite finder, thus would be madness to go proding at it?
