3 bed semis in Drogheda.

    any bargains to be had in Drogheda in the 3 bed semi range.
    im looking for investment properties,

    3 bed semi, max i will pay is 180k

    dublin rd area preferred..

    had a look at estate agents, but prices seem still high

    I doubt even in these times if you'd get a 3 bed semi on the Dublin Road for 180k. Its the most desirable area of the town if you commute to Dublin etc. You might get a 2 bed apartment in Martello Village for that.

    see a three bed in Finians park in tonights paper for 195,000. The Dublin Road is a different league pricewise, probably about 250,000 at least, there is a four bed in wheaton Hall for 299,000 also ?. But prices could keep falling.
