We are looking at upgrading a property and wish to figure out a budget would anybody be able to help based on the following list, or anybody who may have recently undergone similar.

Dublin - House built circa late 50's early 60's, 1,600 Sq. Feet, 4/5 bedrooms, one bathroom, two WC's, kitchen, drawing and dining room.
    Requires:
Installation of central heating - preferably GFCH, radiators etc (Gas in the area)
    Rewiring
    Gutters, Fascias etc
    New Fireplace
    At least one new rooftile
    Attic Insulation
    Outdoor paving circa 40Ft

    Many Thanks

Very average €45,000. Bear in mind you could spend this on a new kitchen on its own, without a specification averages is all you'll get.

Thank you. I understand that kitchens and bathrooms can be cheap or expensive therefore I will edit to remove these items as it really is the other items I have no idea.
