Cheese-Making Holiday!

    A challenge for y'all.

I don't know how many foodies out there have travelled to learn how to make cheese but I am very much interested in doing this!

10 day holiday plus a 5-day cheese-making course - has anyone ever done this before? And where?

So far I'm getting cheese making courses in Vermont and Canada (BRRR) any good ones in Europe would be ideal. France - well, if there are any cheese making courses in the cheese capital of the world, they're not very well promoted.

    thanks!
