    Hi so I'm a complete noob to all this so some advice would be great. I'm starting the gym in the morning and I'm looking to gain as much muscle s possible. How many times should I be going to the gym each week? I'm 18 so I should be able to go often enough. Any advice on exercises I should be doing and my diet? I'm 6' 4'' so I guess I'll need to eat a good bit but what should I be eating? Any links for this? Thanks for any help and any advice would be appreciated!
