They'd want to be paying me that 3960 euro to meet with celine dion.

Actually, wait. I'd need a lot more than €4000.

Just booked flights dub - san francisco Nov 11-21 €379 on ebookers :D:D.

b*st*rd computer tried to add €50+ for obligatory insurance  (not mentioned previously) but got round this by going on their chatline and getting them to do the booking for me :D:D.

incredibly cheap, other airlines were trying to charge €350 just for the taxes & fees :confused:!!

I saw this last week - you can't link directly to it.

Edit: trooney has proved that you can!

I got an email from Ebookers and when I went online I looked up some dates in Feb 2010. I was getting it from €408 upwards for flights and 6 nights hotel. The €408 price was for a 3* hotel, can't remember which one. There were quite a few deals for less than €500 so if you were willing to be a bit flexible with the budget you would have a selection of 6/7 hotels to choose from.

Great deal, if only I had the time/money!

Booked a flight there for 4 of us via the link - Great value for it.

The hotels didnt look up to much that were in the deal so booked the Sheraton Hotel at the airport instead.
So costing us each 303€ for the flights and we got the 2 rooms in the Sheraton for €400 for the 6 nights total so just €16 each per night for the accom.

Great bargain alert! But does anyone know if you have to book by a certain date? I am trying to organise a trip for Janary at the moment but probably won't know if we can go for definate for another few days. Did anyone come across a cut-off date for booking?
San Fran, here I come!:D My last holiday in June was a boardsie-related tip off (markstravel.co.uk), which was a week in the Maldives ALL INCLUSIVE for 800 each. This site has saved me a fortune!

Ooooh... I'm so jealous. Travelled with ebookers to San Fran in early January... should have waited til now - the weather's getting worse! Make sure you do Alcatraz. Thought it was going to be all touristy, but it's great - especially the night tour. And try Sears at Union Square for their 18 'dollar' pancakes - yum! (Oh! and the 'Duelling Pianos' at Johnny Foleys Bar nearby).

the is a little impromptu market held most days near the carls jr at about 7th and market st. Amongst the the other stalls its reknowned for being where the junkies sell the crap they stole that day. 'allegedly' some great deals to be had

good city. Hit the yerba buena gardens, metreon center, exploratorium and the piers if ye head over

What dates are at this cheap rate? I tried some in september and asking full whack?

Do they have to be like.. depart immediately?
The original thread was from last October and the dates of travel were around now (as per Joe The Santa's message).. it's unlikely you'll get the same rates.

Any chance the mods would close this. Its just making the rest of us jealous. Not a bargain alert - just showing off:)

in case anyone is in SF Macy's have a "one" day sale that started today and is on tomorrow as well:confused:. Given that you can get a 10% visitors pass which gives you additonal money off so I got a columbia jacket and fleece, nike tracksuit bottoms and a pair of calvin klein jeans for $110 approx €80.

Also Old navy have some great bargains at the moment with jeans at $19 and some t-shirts at $5

Also another SF bargain alert if you are near sutter street the Golden coffee near at hyde is great, for $5 you get 2 eggs 4 pieces of bacon, toast and hash browns. It doesn't look like much from the outside but the food is good and service is good
