    Hey,

I had a cocktail the other night, which was beautiful, and as my wallet doesn't stretch to going out for cocktails regularly I'd like to recreate it at home.

Problem is, I can't find St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur anywhere. Does anyone if it's available in Eire, Northern Ireland or a website that doesn't charge a fool's ransom in postal charges?;)

You can get elderflower cordial in most health food shops.
You could try substituting that with a little drop of vodka.
    What was in the cocktail?

I got St Germain elderflower liqueur last year in Harvey Nicks in London and saw it in the Dundrum store a few months ago.

    Enjoy!
